WASHINGTON, July 12 (Xinhua) -- Honduras got a second straight victory after beating El Salvado 1-0 in a group B match in CONCACAF Gold Cup on Friday.
It was a close match, neither team was able to score in the first 90 minutes, but Jorge Claros' shot from the right side of the box finally reached the goal at the 90th minute, sealing the win for Honduras.
In the other group B match on the same day, Haiti defeated Trinidad and Tobago 2-0 to get the first win at the tournament.
