13 died in Honduras flood

Residents cross a street affected by the floods in Marcovia, Honduras, on Oct. 17, 2011. The southern part of Honduras was declared in the state of emergency by President Porfirio Lobo. According to the Permanent Contingency Commission, the number of fatalities due to rain rose to 13 on Sunday. (Xinhua/Rafael Ochoa)
