ABUJA, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Nigerian government Monday urged the House of Representatives to approve a 9-billion-U.S.-dollar external borrowing plan from 2012 to 2015.

nigeria do not need to borrow nothing from nobody. babangida is sitting on a gizzilion dollars he stole from nigeria when he ruled, obasanjo also is sitting on another mountain of dollars he also stole from nigeria when he ruled, ibori"s mountain of wealth stolen from nigeria may have been converted to british economy by now. there are ex and present vultures at the leadership of this poor country sitting on top of huge giant mound of money stolen, and still being stolen from us, yet the honorable finance minister is talking about borrowing more dollars. just a minute, is it for them, upper echelon thieves to steal the borrowed dollars in split seconds? by the way nigeria"a currency is not dollars, why don"t these, some grossly uneducated, inept derelict leaders give these quotes in our own cultural naira. quite honestly, borrowing more stealable dollars, while the ex and present thieves should been subdued to returning their loots is beyond my intellectual analysis.
