6.0-magnitude quake jolts eastern Uzbekistan

WASHINGTON, May 26 (Xinhua) -- A 6.0-magnitude earthquake jolted eastern Uzbekistan on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The quake, which occurred at 0608 GMT, was centered 27 km north of Bulung'ur with a depth of 26.7 km, the USGS said.
