Brief introduction: The time-honored tea plantation of thousands of acres in the scenic area is the fruit of diligent ancestors of Blang Nationality and Dai Nationality. Ancient tea trees are distributed in Jingmai, Mangjing, Manghong, Wengju, Wengwa and other areas in Huimin County with a total area of 28,000 mu. The ancient tea trees of Jingmai and Mangjing grow in the forest by absorbing natural fertilizers and free of any pollution. Therefore, they are pure natural green products of excellent qualities. The viscum liquidambaricolum hayata parasitic on the ancient tea trees is a rare species in the world that cannot be found anywhere else. The time-honored tea plantation covering an area of thousands of acres in Jingmai and Mangjing is the best-preserved and largest ancient cultivated tea plantation with longest history in the world, being regarded as the Natural Museum of Tea Trees by domestic and overseas experts and scholars. It is the birthplace of growing tea trees in natural forest, large-scale and industrialized tea production as well as the origin of the world tea culture. As a key tourist area in the development of Pu’er Green Triangle, it has been listed as the first batch of Chinese Folk Cultural Heritage Tourism Demonstration Areas. At present, Jingmai, Mangjing and Huimin tourist towns are under construction, which will be built into world tourist towns of a national classic tourism brand, and highland of spiritual home for Pu’er tea.
