During the 6th Multinational Corporations Leaders’ Roundtable held from November 15 to 17 in Beijing, Mr. Wang Zongnan, Party Secretary and Chairman of Bright Food Group, was conferred with International Investment Strategist Award.
In recent years, as inspired by the ambition of “growing into a large food group with overwhelming prowess in the nation and high competitive edges in the world”, Bright Food Group has added global expansion to its guideline for development, and proactively sought for M&A opportunities for overseas expansion with focus put on resources control, network layout, technology-driven innovation, as well as brand enhancement. Mr. Du Qinglin, Member of Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Chairman of CPPCC, as well as Honorary Chairman of China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations, attended the event, and State Councilor Wang Yong delivered a speech on behalf of Chinese government. This high-profile event, which received Letter of Congratulation from Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-Moon, stood out as a great gathering for leaders from renowned multinational corporations in the world to exchange ideas on sustainable development and joint prosperity.
