Weetabix registers a growth rate of 7 percent this year in the UK market

Since its acquisition into Bright Food Group, Weetabix has overcome the gloomy and downward economy in western market and rendered a marvelous transcript for its performance during January to September by means of product innovation, price adjustment and cost control. It is expected that Weetabix can register a growth rate of 6-7 percent this year in terms of operation revenue in the UK market. As to its penetration efforts into Chinese market, Weetabix has established a cooperative relationship with Nanpu Food, and stepped up its cooperation with Bright Food Group for overseas expedition, presenting a satisfactory growth tendency even at the initial stage of the cooperation.

At present, Weetabix’s product line offers not only classic breakfast cereal series, but also ALPEN series made from Switzerland recipe, oatmeal products, energy cereal bars, etc. These products now are finding their way to Chinese market, in an attempt to open up a brighter and healthier day for Chinese customers.
