China Resources Land Limited is the real estate flagship of China Resources (Holdings) Limited, a group of companies dabbling in numerous businesses. It is one of the top property investment and development companies in China.
By the end of 2012, annual turnover reached HK$44.4 billion (US$5.714 billion), up 23.9 percent compared to the same period of 2011. In addition, sales volume reached 52.2 billion yuan (US$8.399 billion), up 45.2 percent, according to its annual report.
The turnover, identified to appear in 2013, is 40.1 billion yuan (US$6.447 billion), providing assurance for a continuing growth of enterprises' results in 2013.
