Grenada's National Democratic Congress (NDC) said in a congratulatory message that the 18th CPC national congress comes at a crucial time as the Chinese ruling party continues efforts to build a prosperous society and accelerate the transformation of the country's economy.

China remains a shining example of sound economic management and social development, the NDC's executive board said.

The NDC cherishes the excellent relations with the CPC and looks forward to the further deepening of those relations, it added.
