In his message, Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat, also head of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, lauded the continuously developing ties between the two countries, which are manifest in the bilateral political dialogue and trade relations as well as exchanges at all levels.
Ugandan Prime Minster Amama Mbabazi, also secretary general of the National Resistance Movement, said in his message that "the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC are moving relentlessly ahead in the socialism modernization drive."
He said his party "salutes the remarkable achievements scored by the CPC and the Chinese people since the 17th National Congress, in the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics."
He also expressed satisfaction with close contacts between his party and the CPC, the two countries and the two peoples, as well as the friendship between China and Africa.
Marian Lupu, chairman of the Democratic Party of Moldova, said in a message that the CPC national congress "will be an event of great importance in the political life of your party and will carry weighty significance for the people of China."
"We shall follow the proceedings of your congress with interest and take this opportunity to affirm solidarity with the Communist Party and people of China in your struggle to further develop China," said Lupu, who is also parliament speaker.
