Trough collection of buyers' personal information, falsification of documents, modification of buyers' AliPay passwords, lawbreakers can delete bad reviews to shops on Taobao.com, and they will get 100-300 yuan for every bad review deleted, Chongqing police found.
In an official response, Taobao said paid deletions of bad reviews are mostly frauds. It reminds sellers not to believe the websites claiming to be able to delete the bad reviews for them. Taobao will handle these problems seriously, and even directly close the shops involved in stealing the users' accounts.
