BEIJING, July 18 (Xinhua) -- At the invitation of Zhao Leji, chairman of China's National People's Congress Standing Committee, Tomio Okamura, speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic, will lead a delegation to visit China from July 20 to 24.
