Beijing's central business district boasts 114 regional headquarters of multinationals

BEIJING, March 29 (Xinhua) -- Beijing's central business district (CBD) now boasts a total of 114 regional headquarters of multinational companies, according to the CBD administration committee.

Four foreign-funded enterprises, including the branches of carmakers like BMW, Volvo and Toyota, have recently been registered as regional headquarters of the multinational companies in Beijing's CBD.

Currently, nearly half of Beijing's regional headquarters of multinationals are located in the CBD.

With more than 10,000 foreign-funded enterprises and over 200 Fortune 500 companies, the district stands as one of China's most dynamic CBDs, according to the administration committee.
