BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- China proposed to set up a multilateral dialogue platform for safety issues in the Gulf region other than Iran nuclear issue to manage differences through collective consultation, and jointly safeguard regional peace and stability, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Sunday.
