BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhua) -- China equally protects the property rights of private firms as well as the rights and interests of private entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, according to a draft outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development and the long-range objectives through the year 2035.
