BEIJING, May 22 (Xinhua) -- China will stick to its principle of "housing is for living in, not for speculation," according to a government work report submitted to the national legislature for deliberation on Friday.

The country will implement city-specific policies to promote steady and healthy development of the real estate market, said the report.
