
BEIJING, Jan. 30 -- The per capita disposable income of Beijing residents grew by 8.7 percent year on year in 2019 to 67,756 yuan (about 9,868 U.S. dollars), data from the municipal bureau of statistics showed.
The per capita disposable income for the city's urban residents reached 73,849 yuan last year, up 8.6 percent compared with 2018.
In breakdown, the per capita income from wages and salary of Beijing residents was 41,214 yuan in 2019, while that for urban residents was 44,327 yuan, up 9.4 percent and 9.5 percent year on year, respectively.
The bureau also reported a 5.9-percent annual growth in the per capita net property income of urban residents last year to 12,690 yuan, while for all residents in Beijing, a 6.1-percent increase to 11,257 yuan.
