WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Liu He said Wednesday that the China-U.S. phase-one economic and trade agreement is in line with World Trade Organization (WTO) rules.
The agreement is not directed at nor will it affect the lawful rights and interests of any third party, Liu added.
