BEIJING, Oct. 16 -- China's Supreme People's Court (SPC) has issued a guideline on providing better judicial service for the development of the Xiongan New Area and the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
The 16-entry guideline calls for better judicial protection of intellectual property rights, full implementation of environmental protection systems, and improved litigation services for business disputes involving inbound investments.
It also proposes the coordinated development of courts in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, sharing their platforms, information and resources in the process of judicial service.
China announced plans in 2017 to establish the Xiongan New Area in Hebei Province, which lies about 100 km southwest of Beijing.
