
BEIJING, Sept. 26 -- An online platform for promoting knowledge about lung cancer prevention and treatment was launched Thursday, according to the Cancer Foundation of China.
The platform provides information about the latest medical technology for treating lung cancer for doctors and knowledge about preventing lung cancer for the public. Lung cancer patients can learn about scientific rehabilitation methods as well as information concerning medication and follow-up visits.
The platform will help enhance education on disease prevention and treatment and build an anti-cancer system for the public, said Wu Jing, deputy director with the China Health Education Center.
