Roni Gunawan, a 71-year-old machinist from Indonesia's Bandung, spent three and a half months to build a two-headed car with the help of his colleagues, local media reported.
The unusual orange car has two engines, two steering wheels and two sets of pedals, making it extremely convenient for parking.
It can be driven forwards and backwards, but local authorities have ticketed Gunawan, saying he lacks the necessary permits for the modifications.
Despite the setback, Mr Gunawan has vowed to get the vehicle roadworthy so it can see another day.
