HANGZHOU, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- Once China's most wanted fugitive, Yang Xiuzhu, was sentenced to eight years in jail Friday for embezzlement and taking bribes by a court in east China.
Yang, former vice mayor of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, was number one on China's top 100 fugitives, which were released in an Interpol "red notice" in 2015.
