China and Germany have signed a number of joint agreements covering manufacturing.
Premier Li Keqiang and Chancellor Angela Merkel attended Thursday's signing ceremony, as Li continues his visit to Germany.
Earlier on Wednesday, Li held talks with Merkel and called for joint efforts to promote trade liberalization amid rising protectionism.
