BEIJING, May 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday stressed the importance of pilot reform while calling for enhanced efforts to produce more reform practices that could be replicated and promoted.

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at the 35th meeting of the Central Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform.
