BEIJING, Nov. 5  -- Liu Changhong, a member of the leading Party members' group of the China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC)and head of the discipline inspection group in the CSIC, is being investigated for "serious discipline breaches," according to a statement published on Saturday on the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
