LIUZHOU, June 16, 2016 (Xinhua) -- A temple is partially submerged on the extended part of Bingjiang West Road in Liuzhou, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, June 16, 2016. Continued heavy rains have pushed water level of the Liujiang River in Liuzhou up to 83.45 meters, nearly one meter above the danger mark on Tuesday morning, and serious floods hit the city's downtown area along the river.
