Man pours MOLTEN COPPER over a Big Mac - and the McDonald's burger withstands the scalding 1,984°F liquid metal (6)

(Mail Online)    16:06, March 15, 2016

Taking a while: He has to keep flipping the pieces of the burger for them to totally burn through and become crisp

Tito then pours water on top, sending up waves of steam as the metal-burger mix cools down and sticks together in a multicolor wreath-like ring.

Naturally, some viewers have been quite put-off by the experiment, wondering what the burger must be made of to survive the molten metal.

'Y'all just gon act like you didn't see that them pickles survived? [sic]' wrote one man.

Another chimed in: 'Is nobody else seriously frightened at the fight that burger put up with MOLTEN COPPER??!!!'

Surprisingly, though, there are several people who don't seem worried at all, figuring that if fast food hasn't killed them yet, it can't be so bad.

'Is it weird if I still want to eat that?' commented one viewer, while another said simply: 'This made me hungry.'

These people were also likely unperturbed by past McDonald's food experiments, which have shown that time — like molten copper — has little effect on the chain's burgers, nuggets, and fries.

Cooling down: Finally, he pours water on top, so the ingredients and copper solidify together
