To further advance the strategy of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. (or Bright Food for short) to go global, Lv Yongjie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bright Food, signed a memorandum with Deutsche Bank AG at its headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, on June 1, 2015, with the aim of affirming both sides' firm commitment to strengthening strategic cooperation.

As the largest bank in Germany and one of the world's uppermost financial institutions, Deutsche Bank AG has been extensively cooperating with Bright Food. Han Zheng, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee, attended the signing ceremony. As Secretary Han pointed out during the meeting with the Chairman of Deutsche Bank AG, now that Bright Food is one of the major businesses in China's food industry and is now vigorously pursuing its strategy to go global, the cooperation between both sides is expected to offer excellent prospects. Among those on the Chinese side who attended the signing ceremony were Shi Mingde, the Chinese Ambassador to Germany; Chen Fengxiang, Deputy Director of the International Department of the Central Committee of CPC; Yin Hong, a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee of Shanghai; Hong Hao, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress; and Zhou Bo, Deputy Mayor of Shanghai.

Among those on the German side who attended the ceremony were Jürgen Fitschen, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank AG; and Stephan Leithner, a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Europe at Deutsche Bank AG, who signed the memorandum of cooperation with Bright Food on behalf of Deutsche Bank AG.
