On May 7, Mr. Janis Duklavs, Minister of the Agriculture of Latvia and Mr. Rigonda Krievipa, State Secretary of Latvia, visited Bright Dairy & Food (a branch of Bright Food)’s branch - Eastern China Central Factory in the company of Mr. Lv Yongjie, Party Chief and Chairman of Bright Food (Group) Co. and officials of Bright Dairy & Food.

Along the exhibition corridor on the second floor of the Factory, Mr. Lv proudly introduced the highly automatic workshop of Bright Dairy & Food and its star products which led the development of Bright Dairy & Food. He pointed out that momchilovtsi, a star product, has pioneered normal temperature yogurt on the market; Changyou Plant Lactobacillus Drink uses ST3 microbial strain which has been independently developed by Bright Dairy & Food; while Zhiyou Fresh Milk has been the only high-end dairy brand in China to adopt the technology of ceramic Nano-film filtration.

During the introduction, Mr. Janis Duklavs frequently praised the world-class production scale of the Factory and was deeply attracted by the high level of intensive management and automation, whole-process traceability system and well-established management system of Bright Dairy & Food. After the exhibition, both sides made in-depth exchanges at the meeting room of the Factory. The technical staff of the Factory demonstrated the whole-process traceability system to the guests.

Mr. Janis Duklavs said that the Factory proves itself to be the largest and the best modern factory in the world, and has too much for Latvian dairy industry to learn and exchange. He hoped to have more cooperation opportunities in the future.
