On the morning of January 9, 2015, local time, Lu Yongjie, chairman of Bright Food Group and his entourage accompanied Xu Yibo, deputy secretary General of the Municipal Government of Shanghai and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, on a visit to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and to the Czech-China Friendship Association.
Lu introduced to its Czech counterpart how Bright Food Group had been implementing its corporate strategy to go global and how it had been making investments in the Czech Republic. The standing deputy minister of the ministry said that his country attaches great importance to its economic cooperation with China and would make every possible effort to facilitate investments by Chinese businesses in the country.
On the afternoon of the same day, Lu and his entourage paid a visit to CzechInvest, the Czech agency responsible for regulating foreign investments, to learn about the country's policy on foreign investments and the related services it provides. Lu said that Bright Food Group would firmly stick to its corporate strategy to go global with a view to ensuring the healthy development of its overseas business operations.
On the afternoon of January 10, 2015, Lu and his entourage paid a visit to the Chinese embassy in the Czech Republic, and reported to the attaché on how the group had been making investments in the Czech Republic.
