On November 26, a delegation led by Lv Yongjie, Party Secretary and Chairman of Bright Food Group, arrived in the UK for Weetabix' fourth board meeting in 2014.

At the meeting, Weetabix' CEO and CFO made a business presentation and a financial presentation to the board of directors respectively and updated the board on the company's China business plan and ongoing projects. The meeting adopted the company's budget for 2015 and IT system update project upon deliberation.

Lv acclaimed the management's efforts over the past year, noting that in the severe retail environment, to ensure corporate sustainability, Weetabix must balance growth with profit, traditional markets with emerging markets and mature products with new products. Bright Food will provide all resource available to help Weetabix develop the Chinese market and grow rapidly in China, he added.
