On the morning of August 6, the Shanghai municipal government convened a founding conference on the Strategic Alliance of Shanghai Going Global Enterprises. Deputy Mayor Zhou Bo of the municipal government attended the conference and delivered an important speech. Deputy Secretary General Xu Yibo of the municipal government and Director Shang Yuying of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce hosted the conference.

Serving as the first holder of the rotating presidency of the strategic alliance, Group Chairman Lv Yongjie read a proposal on behalf of all the alliance enterprise members. Then, Lv Yongjie introduced the experience and business conditions of Bright Food Group's investments and operations overseas.

Zhou Bo gave his full affirmation to the strategic significance of the founding of the alliance and said that Shanghai enterprises’ "going global" efforts should follow the principles of “marketization, professionalization, branding and internationalization”. Enterprises should combine "going global" with economic restructuring, innovation capability, and domestic, international resources allocation.
