BEIJING, Aug. 4 -- Premier Li Keqiang is leading senior officials to Yunnan Province to examine the situation of a 6.5-magnitude earthquake and instruct the quake relief.
The quake occurred at 4:30 p.m. Sunday (Beijing Time) with a depth of 12 km. The epicenter was at Longtoushan Township, 23 km southwest of the county seat of Ludian.
At least 381 people died as of 8:40 a.m. Monday, rescuers said.
