BEIJING, May 22 -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has arrived in London, the first stop of his visit to Britain and Greece. Li's visit to Britain, his first since taking office, is expected to focus on economic relations.
The premier will hold talks with Prime Minister David Cameron, and meet Queen Elizabeth the Second. He’s expected to sign more than 30 billion dollars’ worth of deals covering infrastructure, high-speed rail, nuclear energy and finance.
Li Keqiang will leave Britain and fly to Greece on Thursday, for a three-day state visit. There Li is scheduled to visit the port of Piraeus, which is being privatised and where China Ocean Shipping Company has been short-listed to buy a majority stake.
