Minsheng Bank in Alliance With China Life Insurance
China Minsheng Banking Corporation (600016, SSE) sealed a cooperative deal with China Life Insurance Co on March 16 in Beijing.
Under the deal, the two sides will set up long-term partnership and carry out wide-ranging cooperation in premium collection, insurance compensation, and insurance business on a commission basis and joint issuance of insurance-bank cards.
Meanwhile, they will tap the possibilities of sharing client resources and jointly developing online services and other products.
