German Internet Incubator Sets Up Headquarters in HK
The Germany-based InternetMediaHouse Asia (IMH) Tuesday opened its new office in Hong Kong, seeing Asia as the continent with the greatest number of Internet start-ups.
The company, Germany's oldest and largest Internet incubator, has chosen Hong Kong as its Asia regional headquarters because of the presence of a good financial market here, IMH Director-General of Investment Promotion Mike Rowse told a celebration party.
"The move reflects the importance of Hong Kong as a hub for IMH's regional business," Rowse said, adding that this is an indication that many foreign business firms see great opportunities in Hong Kong.
