Senior CPC Official Meets Moroccan Guests
Jiang Chunyun, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met with a delegation of the Moroccan Party for Progress and Socialism (PPS) led by its Secretary-General Ismail Alaoui Thursday.
Jiang, also vice-chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, highly commended the Sino-Moroccan friendly relations. He said that the CPC is ready to further strengthen exchanges and contacts with Moroccan political parties, including the PPS, in line of the CPC's four principles guiding inter-party relations.
Jiang also briefed the guests on China's domestic situation and reform and opening-up drive.
Alaoui, who is also the Moroccan minister of national education, and his delegation are here at the invitation of the CPC for a friendly visit, which started on Wednesday.
