Website Launched to Attracts Students Studying Overseas
The Ministry of Personnel recently opened a website "www.chinatalents.com.cn" specially for Chinese students studying in foreign countries.
The website was set up as part of the government efforts to attract those students to come back or to serve China, according to ministry sources.
These students can learn about government policies and job opportunities via the website, the sources said.
Since China launched its reform and opening-up drive in the late 1970s, 340,000 Chinese students have gone overseas to study. Over 100,000 of them have returned.
