China China-U.S. Vice-ministerial Meeting To be Held on Security

A Sino-U.S. meeting at vice foreign ministerial level is to be held in Beijing from February 17 to 18, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhu Bangzao announced at the regular press conference in Beijing Tuesday.

Zhu said that the meeting will focus on global and regional security situation, ballistic missile defense and U.S. arms sales to Taiwan, according to Xinhua News Agency.

Strobe Talbott, U.S. deputy Secretary of State, will lead the U.S. delegation to attend the meeting.
