BEIJING, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai on Wednesday met with the international advisory council of China's Development Bank.
The council includes former Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating, former U.S. State Secretary Henry Kissinger and other prominent leaders from political, banking and academic sectors.
Ma and the council exchanged views on the world economy and China's reform.
