NANCHANG, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- A domestic passenger plane made an emergency landing in the early hours of Thursday after airport sources received a telephone call which claimed there were explosives on board.
The airport of Hefei, capital of eastern Anhui Province, received the warning via telephone at around midnight on Wednesday, shortly after flight ZH9786 bound for Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, departed from the airport.
The plane landed in the airport of Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi Province. A strict examination of the aircraft did not find any explosives.
Police are investigating the case.
