BEIJING, April 19, (ChinaMil) -- The first session of the leading group for the legislative work of the National Defense Traffic Act (NDTA) (Draft Edition) was convened in Beijing on April 18, 2013, marking that the legislative process of the NDTA formally started. The NDTA (Draft Edition), which began to be discussed in 2002, was listed in the legislative plan of the CMC in 2003 and was included in the legislative planning of the Standing Committee of the eleventh National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China (PRC), according to the news release. In the past decade, a total of more than 50 research works on relevant subjects have been organized and fulfilled. In addition, the opinions and suggestions from all aspects are widely collected and taken into account.
