CPC thankful to all Congress well-wishers

BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and its General Secretary Xi Jinping have thanked foreign parties, governments, non-governmental groups and their leaders for their congratulatory messages sent to the 18th CPC National Congress and the new Chinese leader.

According to a statement issued on Monday by the General Office and the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, the same gratefulness also applies to foreign envoys to China, foreign friends, and overseas Chinese and Chinese descendants with foreign nationality, as well as compatriots from China's Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Taiwan.
