US actions

October 2011: The United States solar companies asked to start anti-subsidies and anti-dumping investigation on imported Chinese solar panels.

November 2011: The US decided to start anti-subsidies and anti-dumping probe into imported Chinese solar panels.

March 2012: The US announced preliminary decision to impose punitive anti-subsidies tariffs on imported Chinese solar panels.

May 2012: The US announced preliminary decision to impose punitive anti-dumping tariffs on imported Chinese solar panels.

October 2012: The US Department of Commerce announced final decision to impose punitive anti-subsidies and anti-dumping tariffs on imported Chinese solar panels.

Nov 7, 2012: The US International Trade Commission made the final ruling.

Nov 30, 2012: The US Commerce Department signed the order.
