HONG KONG, July.10 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale jolted Tarapaca, Chile at 2051 GMT on Tue (0451 Beijing Time), the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 107.70 km, was initially determined to be at 19.0282 degrees south latitude and 69.0141 degrees west longitude.
