WASHINGTON, June 4 (Xinhua) -- A 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Hawaii region at 0012 GMT Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The quake was centered 54 km southeast of Pahala on the Big Island with a depth of 40.9 km, said the USGS.
No damage or casualties were reported so far.
