Veteran actor Zhu Shimao has finished his second directorial work "Love Retake," a romantic comedy. Zhu directs a stellar young cast, including Taiwan rock icon Su Chien-hsin, who's better known as Shin; Hong Kong singer/actress Gillian Chung; and mainland stars Yu Shaoqun and Li Xiaoran.

The film tells the story of two showbiz couples going through misunderstandings and finally finding their true love.

Zhu, 58, has built his name with short skits in variety shows in the 1980s and 1990s, and various roles in films and television dramas. In 2008, Zhu made his directorial debut with "Under the Influence."
