How can CBA catch up with NBA? (2)

(People's Daily Online)

For a coach, the substitution of players is like changing tools, which can give newcomers an opportunity and open up a new prospect; for a club, the substitution of chief coaches can help brace players up and give fans a new hope. For example, Shanghai Sharks beat Tianjin Ronggang Golden Lions by a huge score two days after changing the head coach for losing to Beijing Ducks.

Basketball is a group sport, while the head coach is the leader of a team and a general of commanding soldiers, so they shoulder significant responsibilities and great pressure.

A head coach must be equipped with strong constitution, superb skills, high quality, strict management and flexible coordination ability. Therefore, I chose "Li has a hot temper and bears high pressure from public opinion" from 10 options for reasons of Li's resignation on Weibo, expressing my regretting for him.

Actually, the resignation of coaches is commonly seen in basketball and football teams at home and abroad. The increasingly professional CBA is realistic and cruel sometimes. Can the substitution of coaches bring more exciting games for fans?
