1933
Guizhou set up the General Administration on Opium Control, and released the Measures for Organizing Local Brach Offices in Guizhou.

1935
September Guizhou government formulated the Outline of the Measures for Prohibiting Opium, Gambling, and Prostitution in Provincial Capital.

1938
June The Program for the Strict Implementation of Opium Prohibition throughout Guizhou was released.
July The Measures for Strict Opium Control in Guizhou was released.

1939
January The Measures for Eliminating Secret Opium Planting for 28 Years in Guizhou was released. On August 1, Guizhou Government Office of Eliminating Private Opium Storage was established.

1940
October Guizhou government released the Measures for Eliminating Secret Planting of Poppy at All Guizhou Counties for the Year.
November Guizhou set up the Opium Control Supervision Team.

1941
October The Measures for Eliminating Opium and Reporting Opium Abusers to Authorities in Guizhou were released.

1942
January Guizhou government formulated the Five Measures for Strict Opium Control.
February Guizhou government formulated the Supplementary Measures for the Implementation Scope of Opium Control and Joint Guarantee.
March The Opium Investigation Team of the Executive Council inspected Guizhou.

1947
Guizhou Opium Control Association was established.

1948
May Guizhou formulated the Measures for Eliminating Opium Seedling Planting and the Measures for Opium Control and Punishment.

1949
March The Measures for the Establishment of Opium Inspection Stations in Guizhou were released.
June Guizhou formulated the Handling Measures for Opium Abuse.
