Suggestion 3:

On publicity and promotion of the “Sunshine Project”: we should further bring forth new ideas on promoting the project to achieve a brand effect in the next step. To establish the “Sunshine Project” Foundation, to appeal all walks of life to contribute money and/or efforts; to publicize the project in manner of songs, short messages or micro blogs; to convene “Sunshine Project” seminars in Guizhou to invite fraternal provinces and experts and scholars to exchange approaches of community-based drug treatment and rehabilitation tasks.

Suggestion 4:

On other details: the “Sunshine Project” is a tremendous task related to people’s livelihood. The detailed aspects in it should not be overlooked either in order to enable it to run smoothly with eternal vitality. For example, whether the range of target objects of the project can be further extended? Whether those bearing AIDS because of drug abuse can be involved as well? Is there any agencies just get over with it paying no real efforts? Can we further promulgate relevant laws and regulations to supervise the implementation status? Such and such to be taken into consideration in our future work on it.

There is a saying goes like that “drugs turn a man into a ‘ghost’”, while the “Sunshine Project” is purposed to have such a “ghost” resume the character of a man via scientific methods. Physical detoxification is easy to get, however, mental detoxification and psychosomatic recovery must be and can only be achieved through labor, because it is labor that has created we human beings, and it is labor that can purify one's soul. Therefore, let them to work and have a job if we want them to be included into and accepted by the public. So we can say that this project well captures the essence of the issues as taking job placement as its core in practice.

Recently, I've heard that an awards ceremony of “Sunshine Project” is to be held in Guizhou in recognition of people who have made contributions in this task. I'd like to greet the “Sunshine Project” of Guizhou with this paper in my name upon the upcoming June 26, the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, to appreciate the project for it makes the people who used to be drug abusers have job to engage, work to do, people for help, sites for medical care, and have them enjoy normal life and work as the normal people do.

“Sunshine Project” has not only cracked down the anti-drug troubles in Guizhou and in China at large, but also contributed much to the great cause of world narcotics control. I sincerely hope this “Sunshine” can be spread to an increasingly broader scale.

I can see the local government"s efforts to control drugs and help drug users, but I have to say, it is too boring.
